"Sturdie" For Improving The Stiffness Of The Boxes

They have recently developed a new pulp for its custom invitation boxes. It has been already in use by many of the commercial manufacturers of cartons and boxes for variety of special application. The invitation boxes are either composed of virgin fiber pulp or recycled fiber. The new pulp called the "Sturdie" has been tested for commercial use. It has been created with high yield pulp meant to increase the thickness of the custom invitation boxes so that they become sturdy. The consumers will get a thicker box but the material weight will be the same and the manufacturing process will be the same too. Only a moderate mixing of the pulp is required to increase the stiffness of the box.

They says “Suring the development period of the pulp, we visited a number of customers to learn about their concerns regarding the thickness of the boxes. We have involved a large part of our company staff for the development of the pulp.

The manager of that company say “There is a huge of need of Sturdie in the market not just for making custom invitation boxes but various other cartons and boxes. It can also be used for making special products because the pulp does not increase the weight of the box or cardboard, it simply increases the stiffness.

The quality of the final product is not going to be influenced by the use of the pulp. The invitation boxes will retain their originality, the only difference will lie in the sturdiness. They will be stiffer than before and this quality will make them even more durable. The boxes made from the specialty pulp will be available for sale in the coming month.
